Hello Stephanie,
I recommend that create a simple spreadsheet or multicolumn document like the one illustrated on the same Storyboards page. The simple headings help others understand the logic behind your design choices. Also, the best way to get and give help with LS is to join the LS Slack community. This “Ask Questions” format is not robust. Slack is lively and generally you get great help quickly. Here is a link

While reviewing the structured elements for Design Storyboards, under What You'll Need there is a reference to a blank storyboard (see Collateral Material). Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find this template? Thanks in advance.
