Rick, apologies for the s l o w response. Shift and Share as well as a twist called Caravan can help with poster session. We often use What, So What, Now What? after a round or two of Shift and Share. Can help bring more of an action orientation to Poster Sessions. K

I am designing a large session as part of a conference (on org design) aimed at knowledge sharing in a structure way -- using a set (6 or 8) poster simultaneous poster - learning sessions. Aim is to have each poster to be VISUAL around the org design they have done.
Any suggestions in Liberating Structures context?
