I am planning a 2-hour workshop for 50 participants. As a certified Positive Psychology practitioner, it will be based on resilience and how to develop it in various ways using your character strengths, gratitude/kindness/appreciation, meaning, and purpose, etc. I would love to use the liberating structures to keep the workshop meaningful and engaged. I have never done these in particular! The 9Whys seem applicable when discussing purpose. Is there one recommended to think about Gratitude? Any and all suggestions welcomed. I am excited to use these but I need some help. :)

Hello Eva, there are many good choices. Positive Gossip, Impromptu Networking, and Appreciative Interview come to mind immediately. The best place to get and give detailed help with LS is the LS Slack community. The members are very generous with their time and they regularly share their experience. Here is a link
