Looking for best approaches to learn and introduce Liberating Structures to an organization. Work in a Digital Marketing org (Mostly tech folks) as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master. Luma and other Agile techniques have been used with various levels of success. I was recently involved in a LS overview and think there would be huge benefits to adopting this approach.
