Getting started with your Liberating Structures (LS) practice? While there are many forms of guidance and resources here and in other places, we find it helpful to start with a few of the basics.

When you are ready for more, check out the Resources section, learn about different LS, and use the search function found at the bottom of each page.
Start with one of the simpler LS at the top of the menu, read the instructions and give it a try! Everything you need to know about each individual structure can be found under the Structures tab.
Find design tools that support you as you begin using LS and get your stringing practice started. A LS practice may start with using one LS, but the true power is unlocked when you string several together.
Learn about each of the LS Principles in depth. After running a structure, you can reflect on how it works by exploring the principles and how LS work with the 5 LS Design Elements.
