LS Selection Matchmaker

Selecting a Liberating Structure should be based on what fits your particular challenge and unique setting. 

The LS Selection Matchmaker is a tool that lays out the full set of LSs to allow matching goals with specific LSs that address them. Below you can see an overview of Matchmaker.

We recommend that you work with co-hosts and design group members to match your needs or purpose(s) to specific Liberating Structures.  When working with a group, 1-2-4-All is a great choice to generate options and agree on matches.  

Here are three steps for using the Matchmaker: 

  1. Review the list of LS Objectives on the Matchmaker.

  2. Mark the objective that best fits or aligns with your needs.

  • Compare selection lists among your colleagues.

  • Explore differences,  similarities, and options.
